Every Process. Every Material.
From everyday structural work to the most demanding exotic alloys — Aanda Welding brings certified expertise and precision craftsmanship to every project, regardless of complexity.
Exotic Welding
Exotic and high-performance alloys demand a level of expertise, equipment, and process control that most welding shops simply cannot provide. Our exotic welding specialists are trained to work with materials where contamination, heat input, and joint preparation tolerances are measured in thousandths of an inch.
We work with titanium, Inconel, Hastelloy, duplex and super-duplex stainless steels, Monel, and other specialty alloys for aerospace, medical device, motorsport, chemical processing, and high-pressure applications. Every exotic weld is performed in a controlled environment with dedicated tooling and inert gas purging to ensure metallurgical integrity.
Materials & Applications
- Titanium (Grade 2, 5, 9, 23)
- Inconel 625 & 718
- Hastelloy C-276
- Duplex & Super-Duplex Stainless
- Monel 400 & K-500
- Aluminum Alloys (5xxx, 6xxx, 7xxx)
- Copper & Copper Alloys
TIG Welding
Tungsten Inert Gas (GTAW) welding is the gold standard for precision, cleanliness, and weld quality. TIG produces the highest-quality welds of any arc process — with no spatter, minimal distortion, and complete control over heat input and filler deposition.
We use TIG for stainless steel pipe and tube, aluminum fabrication, thin-gauge sheet metal, pressure vessels, food-grade and sanitary applications, and any project where weld appearance and integrity are non-negotiable. Both manual and automated orbital TIG capabilities available.
Materials & Applications
- Stainless Steel (304, 316, 321, 347)
- Aluminum
- Carbon Steel
- Chrome-Moly (4130, 4140)
- Nickel Alloys
- Copper
- Thin-Gauge Sheet Metal
MIG Welding
Metal Inert Gas (GMAW) welding delivers high deposition rates, excellent fusion, and consistent results across a wide range of material thicknesses. MIG is the workhorse of production welding — fast, reliable, and versatile.
We use MIG for structural fabrication, automotive and trailer manufacturing, general manufacturing, and production runs where throughput and consistency are critical. Pulse MIG and spray transfer capabilities for demanding applications.
Materials & Applications
- Mild & Carbon Steel
- Stainless Steel
- Aluminum
- Galvanized Steel
- High-Strength Low-Alloy (HSLA)
- Flux-Cored Wire (FCAW-G)
Stick Welding
Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) — commonly called stick welding — is the most versatile and portable arc welding process. It works on dirty, rusty, or painted surfaces, in any position, and in outdoor environments where shielding gas would be blown away.
We use stick welding for heavy structural repair, field welding, pipeline work, and applications where portability and reliability in adverse conditions are essential. Ideal for thick carbon steel, cast iron repair, and hard-facing applications.
Materials & Applications
- Carbon & Low-Alloy Steel
- Cast Iron
- Stainless Steel
- Hard-Facing Alloys
- Manganese Steel
- Nickel Alloys
Flux Core Welding
Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) combines the speed of MIG with the deep penetration and all-position capability of stick welding. It's the preferred process for heavy structural fabrication, shipbuilding, and high-deposition applications.
Both self-shielded (FCAW-S) and gas-shielded (FCAW-G) flux core processes available. Ideal for thick plate, structural steel, heavy equipment repair, and applications requiring high deposition rates without sacrificing weld quality.
Materials & Applications
- Structural Carbon Steel
- High-Strength Steel
- Weathering Steel (Corten)
- Stainless Steel (FCAW-G)
- Hard-Facing
- Overlay & Cladding
Structural Welding
Structural welding is where precision and code compliance are not optional — they're mandatory. Our certified structural welders work to AWS D1.1, D1.2, and other applicable codes for construction, infrastructure, and industrial projects.
We fabricate and weld structural steel for commercial construction, industrial platforms, mezzanines, stairways, handrails, equipment supports, and custom structural components. Full documentation, inspection, and certification available upon request.
Materials & Applications
- A36 Structural Steel
- A572 High-Strength Steel
- A500 Hollow Structural Sections
